Holleywood Landscaping & Seasonal Services LLC was built on a foundation of grit, precision, and authentic local pride. Founded by Reggie Holley—a Detroit native born and raised with the city’s signature, unstoppable work ethic—the agency reflects a lifelong dedication to master-level craftsmanship.
Reggie’s journey to becoming a premier tradesman began hands-on in the field, working rigorously within the city's landscaping division while simultaneously earning his CDL Class A and his Journeyman Carpentry license. This deep structural expertise allows Holleywood to execute complex exterior designs with true architectural precision.
After years of honing his technical skills, Reggie officially launched his independent operation in 2025. In his very first year of business, he successfully transformed and serviced nearly 100 properties, rapidly proving the power of a disciplined "trust the process" mindset. Driven by this momentum, he expanded to an LLC to provide elite, structured residential and commercial care across Detroit and all surrounding metro areas.

Privacy Policy
Information Collection: We securely collect essential client identification variables (including names, service properties, phone numbers, and emails) exclusively to manage communication, schedule seasonal routes, and process digital billing.
Secure Portal Infrastructure: All customer dashboards, digital estimate acceptances, schedules, and active invoices are hosted securely through Yardbook.com. We utilize this encrypted system to safeguard your personal data; no financial profiles are stored directly on our servers.
Promotional Imagery Rights: Holleywood Landscaping reserves the right to document our manual craftsmanship. We routinely capture "before and after" pictures and videos of the properties we service to utilize across online portfolios, social media platforms, or promotional marketing materials. No personal owner details or sensitive structural indicators are shared.
Terms of Agreement
Payment & Delinquencies: Residential payments are strictly due in full at the time service is rendered. Invoices unpaid after one (1) business day incur an automatic $25 late fee. Delinquent accounts face immediate termination of service and are pushed directly to small claims court for formal collection proceedings.
Binding Estimates: The items explicitly written inside your Yardbook digital estimate cover the full scope of our work. Once an estimate is digitally signed and approved by the client, it becomes a legally binding contract. Estimates left unapproved for over 30 days are subject to price changes due to seasonal supply costs.
Limitation of Liability: In accordance with Michigan laws, we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in active work zones. Clients must locate and flag private lines (such as invisible fences or unmarked sprinkler systems) beforehand. We are not responsible for equipment pathing on turf, hidden yard debris, or issues outside human control.
